Takachiho-kyo is a V-shaped gorge at the upper stream of the Gokase River in the northeastern part of Miyazaki Prefecture in Kyushu. The sheer cliffs of columnar joints, as tall as 100 meters were created through the erosion of lava formations - from Mt. Aso by the water of the Gokase River over a hundred thousand years. It is designated as both a Natural Monument and a part of Sobo-Katamuki Quasi-National Park.

Hello All. Today, I would like to share my memory of Taiwan food.

I used to go to Taipei often with my former work and always have these foods.

image.png
Mango pudding (They put so much mango on it and I couldn't finish it by myself.)

image (1).png
Red bean and Soybean with Tofu pudding (It's not too sweet and I could finish by myself.????)

image (3).png
Xiaolongbao (You must have these, they have so many kinds)

image (4).png
I also visited some places to get some street foods, always eat too much. ?

I miss those foods so much. If you have a chance to visit Taiwan someday (after the pandemic) please try these foods out. I highly recommend it.
