It's Sumire!

Today I want to inform you about the third series of World Granma's Recipe.

This time, we have three types of traditional cosine from Nicaragua, Switzerland, and the Republic of Togo.


I made one of their recipes with these two cute couples together!


First, we prepared all ingredients and they cooked for us and taught a recipe.


They made "Zürcher Geschnetzeltes/Züri-Gschnätzlets" which a creamed calf meat.


It is originally very simple but nowadays people add sauteed sliced onion or mushroom sauce.

Traditionally, they eat a pancake called Rosti as a relish.

In another area, it is cheese and a fried egg.

At here, Sakura Café we serve it with penne!

You can get warm especially in winter!!!!

This series will be launched on the 15th?of March for a limited edition!
