Last week, I made couscous with Algerian guests!
We made "Algeria style Chicken cous cous".
1.Ｃut some vegetables.Stir-fry with Chicken.
2.Simmer, untill well cooked.
3.Making cous cous with Boiled water,salt&pepper, rose flower, cinnamon and saffron!
? That's really interesting because we do not eat roses in Japan!
She has learned from her friend when she were university.
It is memorable dish of her school days.
If you would like to try it, you can taste at Sakura Cafe Ikebukuro from today :)
