HELLO EVERYONE! This is HOKA again writing the blog. Yesterday we had a tour to Kawagoe with the rest of the hotel guests. Guess what, we were very lucky to have the opportunity to dine in a posh Ryotei (Traditional Luxurious Japanese Restaurant), and we even became a full-time Samurais for the day.
I'll let you know the further details. Remember to click 'read more' below !
Its a bother to rent a room in Japan, so here is a little bit of advice.
One of the most bothering thing is to get a Japanese guarantor. But no worries. Most of the time you can use a guarantor company (usually costs about 50 to 100% of the rent). Why do you need this? That's how it is in Japan and goes for anyone who want's to rent including Japanese.
Also you need Hanko「はんこ」which is a seal or stamp Japanese use for signature. You can get it for 300 to 500 yen. There is a big chance you will use it in another time so get it when you can. It can be a good souvenirs as well.
Have your identification ready and you are set to look for apartment.
