Popular bartenders from “Ginza 300 bar” are coming back to Sakura Café Ikebukuro! An international party is going to be hold at our open-air terrace. The first 50 people will get a ticket to participate in a special game!

August 15th (Sun). 18:00～20:00 Place:Our hotel's cafe
"Sakuratei" is an Okonomi-yaki(Japanese pizza or pancake) restaurant
located at the quiet back street of Harajuku.
Okonomi-yaki simplifies the modernization and evolution of Japanese food
and taste! Only on August 15th(Sun), "Sakuratei" will have a booth at
Sakura Cafe Ikebukuro with a Japanese Festival atmosphere.
We will prepare "Yo Yo tsuri" to add to the festive mood!
It is popular in Japan during the Summer Matsuri festivals; the balloons are
often won in a game (Yo-yo Tsuri) where they are set floating in a tub of water
and players "fish" the balloons out.
Both "Okonomiyaki" and "Yo Yo tsuri" can never be missed out on during
the Japanese Summer Festival.
* You will need to buy at least 2 tickets (525yen each) when you arrive to get drinks & food.

Have you ever made Futo-Makizushi? (vinegared rice wrapped in a sheet of dried laver with various ingredients in the center) Well, I hadn't! So we got together to create our own Futo-Makizushi.
